"The Clearwater team has worked, and continues to work, with JDM on the reconstruction of an existing 24-foot rural interstate roadway, eastbound and westbound, in Pike County, PA. Providing initial demolition and the full construction of eight bridge structures on Interstate 84 in Pike County, PA, every one of these bridges are, and were, constructed in a safe, timely, and budget conscious fashion.

Because the project referenced above is multi-phased four-year-long undertaking, the JDM team has gotten to know the Clearwater team on a much deeper level than a standard GC/Sub relationship.
